The E.G.G.S. (Elementary Grades Growing and Serving) is a group of young people (5th grade and below) who enjoy being together and having fun while showing the true spirit of Christ at the same time. According to Matthew 18:3, Jesus said that the only way one could enter the kingdom of God was to be converted and become like a little child. Also, according to Matthew 19:13, Jesus said, "Allow the little children to come unto me...." Notice, He didn't say, "Bring the little children to me." Instead, He said, "Allow them to come to me." Little children seem to be drawn to the Savior, and He to them. It seems that if everyone would stay out of their way, they wouldn't have a problem finding Jesus. We in the EGGS group love each other, love Jesus, and love our church family. Come to one of our devotionals (1st and 3rd Sunday eveningss of each month) and you will know why Jesus said "... for of such is the kingdom of heaven."
