Coordinates and recruits members for the work in spreading the gospel throughout the world through World Bible School. Contact person for sponsored missionaries in the field.	Responsibilities include financial transactions; budgeting; assisting with various aspects of finance as requested by the eldership of East Side.

Deacon for Widows and Shut-Ins	Deacon for Building and Grounds	Deacon of Personal Evangelism
My focus is to up-lift and serve widows and shut-ins, so they may serve God. I provide assistance for them, as needed. I coordinate “Card Showers” and assist families during the loss of a loved one. The goal of this service is to help spread the word of God so souls can be saved.	Responsibilities include maintenance, upkeep, subcontracting and oversight of that work through to completion. Estimates are submitted and reviewed before recommendations are turned over to the elders for final decisions.	Responsible for conducting Bible studies. Provides literature to new converts or anyone who asks. Coordinates evangelistic outreach programs, i.e. family retreat and kindergarten through fifth grade devotionals and activities. Also, serves in kindergarten through fifth grade youth ministries.

Deacon of Youth Leadership	Deacon of Worship Procedure	Deacon of Communications
Responsible for training through such efforts as Lads to Leaders and various other youth activities to strengthen our youth and to help them grow as Christ did (Luke 2:52).	Coordinates services ensuring they are conducted reverently and orderly with men ushering, leading public prayer, and serving communion Sunday morning and evening. Records attendance for both Sunday services. Procures items for active and convenient worship. Notifies the church secretary regarding the men serving in public worship. Coordinates preparations and delivery of holiday fruit baskets to widows, widowers and shut-ins.	Responsibilities include advertising meetings and events associated with East Side. Also coordinates greeters who welcome members and visitors as they arrive for services.
